Bribery can take many forms, including:

- Gifts, hospitality, or entertainment
- Commissions or facilitation payments
- Favourable treatment or business advantages
4. Prohibited Conduct
Central Designs strictly prohibits:
- Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes in any form
- Making facilitation payments (small payments made to secure routine actions)
- Giving or receiving gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a business decision
- Bribery of public officials or private individuals
- Turning a blind eye to bribery or corruption carried out by others on our behalf
5. Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate gifts or hospitality may be acceptable where they:
- Are infrequent and of modest value
- Are not intended to influence business decisions
- Are appropriate to the business relationship
- Comply with local laws and business customs
Cash or cash-equivalent gifts (such as vouchers) are never acceptable.
Any gift or hospitality that could be perceived as excessive or inappropriate must be refused or declared.

Individual Responsibilities
All individuals covered by this policy must:

- Avoid any activity that could lead to a breach of this policy
- Raise concerns if bribery or corruption is suspected

Any suspected bribery or corruption must be reported as soon as possible.

8. Consequences of Breach
A breach of this policy may result in:

- Gifts and hospitality (where applicable)
